This is what I found out about the code.
The spittoon level is too full during OOBE. The product may be attempting a second OOBE.
This is a very rare error condition. If this error occurs, replace the product. If this error occurs during a printbar replacement, then replace the product.
Ok I get all that but for clarification am I correct in saying that this

is the spittoon they are referring to?
I watched a video on youtube about print head cleaning and the guy there said it could be cleaned out by rinsing in out in the sink (nasty).
If so does it work? Will it solve the problem?
The company I work for is replacing the machine I am just wondering so if I come up against this again is there a fix or is replacing the machine the answer?
