[Error Code] Hp color laserjet cp1515n error 59.c0

Greetings everyone,
I Have an HP Laserjet CP1515n that prints blank pages. No matter what color you print, it comes out a blank sheet of paper.
I have tried changing all toner cartridges and no change. I have also tried printing configuration pages and demo pages from the menu and they come out each time with a single color (Yellow strip) printed only on the top edge of the Demo page and printed half page for the Config page. After two or three prints, error 59.C0 appears on the screen.
I have tried cleaning the printer and that did not help. The paper does come out warm, so it does appear the fusing unit is heating up.
Any help troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like maybe the motor that drives the toner ctgs isn't turning. Have you tried Google?

It's in a different language, but, you may be able to get the jist of the problem just by looking at it. It looks like something to do with the transfer belt not rotating because some piece of plastic broke off? I can't tell.
