[Error Code] HP M603 - error 50.93.11

Hello. i`m first time on this forum .
i have looking on google for solution to fix problem with my HP Laserjet M603
The fuser was deostryed and i have order the new one.
after replace the fuser i run my printer.
When i try to print raport or something else the printer show me error 50.93.11 - fuser error
there is no information about the error on manual, on official hp site to.
Maybe someone in here have the same problem.

Maybe you order 110V and you need 220V or vice versa. That error mean that fuser temperature is low. You have last firmware?

my old destroyed fuser number of version is rm-1 8396 200V i have order with the same numbers. All parameters are the same. Thats weird.
i have made couple tests , trying to print then power off printer, power on again with another print. Then i have update to new firmware and the same issue.

Can you measure temperature of fuser? It is worm. Maybe is just a defective fuser. What was wrong with old fuser?
I would check temperature of fuser.

The rollers were damaged.
i thought about to replace only the rollers from the new fuser to the old.
But is hard to dismantle cables . They are very tense.

I think to use old fuser just to see does printer work, if work, then return fuser which you bay. Maybe thermistor is bad or similar.

Did you order a new fuser, or a rebuilt fuser?

Like i said before. It was a new fuser.
The old one dont have the error code like that one.
But the old fuser have rollers damaged.

i have check that new fuser in the other working printer. The result was the same.
i send it back and wait for the new one. i hope it will work. I give u information.

service/shop didn`t belive us that the ordered new fuses have problem.
We have send our printer them .
The result was the new fuser is bad. They have replace a new one and printer works good.

Its a rebadged canon, buy a canon they work better.


P.S -> Could be a issue with the fuser board. Also did error exist before you fit the fuser? (nvm read on yeh bad fuser, old fuser no error)
