hi have you tried to go into the pre boot menu and them to tpm config then to enable and use.
see if it works.

Hi, I have the same error in my printer. Do I need to replace the formatter?

Hi,

Replacing the formatter board is unnecessary because this error is caused by a corrupted TPM chip.


We contacted HP who replaced the printer.
