[Error Code] HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w error 32

Hello friends!
I have the following problem:
The MFP HP Neverstop 1200w is at 2500 total impressions (almost new device).
The drum is showing that it has more than 17000 pages before replacing.
The toner is near end (<50 pages), and I am trying to reload new toner.
Unexpectedly, when I put the new toner in the reload port, the MFP starts showing Error 32 (Drum replacing needed).
But when I remove out the toner from the reload port, the MFP stop showing the error and prints normally.
I tried with updating the firmware, but the problem persists.
I will appreciate your help.

Are you installing a genuine HP toner cartridge?

Yes, I use only genuine supplies for this MFP.
