HP smart tank 515 Head

I replaced the black print head and the carriage Board but the replace black head icon still displays on the
screen. Thank you for any inputs on how to solve the issue.

Ive only swapped it once on a 570, but that was just to open the doors and remove the printhead and then insert a new one while the printer was on and then it would print a calibration that you put in the scanner.
did it print the alignment sheet after swapping the printhead ?

otherwise it might not have detected the printhead change and have something wrong with the pcb/trailing cable or something similar. (just guessing)
