HP DeskJet 4155e - error lights

Customer brought this printer in with error lights and all panel light blinking. Tired the reset solutions found on the internet and nothing works. Said all they did was change the ink cartridges?

Anyone ran into this before? Any suggestions besides throwing it away?

Based on other HP models with all lights blinking, it is usually a fatal error on the logic board.
Changing cartridges would not cause this defect.

Told customer he needed to buy a new machine. He did, just like the series he was having trouble with.
