HP Officejet 6000

[Realtech]

We have many problem with this printer.
Most problem is the printhead assembly the black in cartridge althought is full not printing black properly or very light printout.
This happen 1 week customer bought this machine.
We as company are very dissapoint about these new models of HP.

Any Idea?

These officeJets are part of the HP disopoable' line. No service documentation available for 95% of them, no parts available either. Your best bet would be to post this on another forum like

Paul is right, but I would be a little bit concerned that this happened only a week after they purchased it??? You do know that these come with a one year manufacturers warranty right? Anyway, to answer your question, the printhead is what is causing your problems. Did the new setup initialization complete without interruption? Did you try to do a deep cleaning for the printhead via the print properties of the printer (It's in the advanced tab of the properties). If this does not work, then I would call hp and have them send you another printhead.

I too have the same printer. It is terrible to use, I always have problems with it hope to change it very soon

I use this printer to print A3 papers, currently using it for about 1 year there is no problem since i bought it
