HP T610 - firmware error and 79:04

Hello,

My problem: I have code that opens a 79:04 screen. Must update the firmware but when updating the web window should open to select the firmware is in error.

Here's the procedure I am:
Launch HP Printer Utility
I chose my printer from the list
I go to the Support tab
Update firmware
InternetExplorer window opens (it runs for 4 5sec, and it makes me open the page was canceled)

I connected via USB, I have no Ethernet interface.

Test: I tried it with Internet Explorer (v.9.0.8112) and Google Chrome (v. 24.0.1312.57)
I tested on another PC - same problem except that the plant IE "closing innatendue software"
I did the windows update

I updated the Remote TeamViewer on my client PC (requires remote), can this cause the problem?
If you have a solution I suggested?

79:04 is almost always a printhead problem, you should start there.

I recently replaced the belt and Servicestation. Can it come from?
Where can I find all the technical information of this tracer (lifetime parts, etc. ..)?


There is there a way to check the print heads?
My client is based near my studio, I can not act has distance at the moment!

I also try to turn on the machine without the printhead and cartridges.
But his change anything.

As far as updating the firmware over USB goes, have you downloaded and installed the most current print drivers and software for that mschine on your computer from HP's website before you tried? That's something that caused me a good deal of grief before I figured that out.

Well i uninstalled the firm ware disconnected the printer and then installed the new updated or rather current firmware and tired again wallah !!! it work fine did not have any problems after.

Actually for updating the firmware over a USB connection, the correct print drivers are pretty important, because as far as I can tell the firmware is sent to the printer the same as any other print job, and the printer can tell the difference between the two.
Also, trying to use a web browser like Internet Explorer or Chrome on a machine connected by USB will never work, as USB is not a network connection.

I repaired this printer error replacing the hdd
But You need to use a Virgin hdd with blank ID
like this one
