Kyocera ecosys m6526cdn - dont sense the paper presence in tray 1

hello everyone, I usually follow ricoh, but I also know some kyocera so-so, I'll start by saying I have the SM.
we picked up an ecosys M6526 from a customer, the boss wanted to give gift to a sports association that doesn't have big demands, and asked me to take a look at it.
the problem is that the machine doesn't sense the paper in drawer 1, the by pass works fine.
I tried to disassemble and check the mechanism of the paper presence detection feelers, and mechanically everything is ok, I cleaned the sensors of the small board, the drawer lift motor is ok too, but it always says that the paper is missing.
I wanted to try to update the firmware, but both on the site and on my-kyocera there are only drivers for this model.
has this problem happened to anyone? how did you solve it?
    thanks.

    Three common failures are:
    1) paper size detection switches
    2) paper empty sensor flag
    3) paper lift gear and or housing

    Exactly what is being displayed?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

hey!...i found out that set like this, works, and it sees the paper in the drawer!..but the customer would get a bad stiff neck....LOL...LOL..

there must be some problem in the activation of some sensor.

Did you attach an image? All I see is a rectangular black box.

I disassembled, checked and rechecked the paper presence sensor lever under the machine, and I'm sure everything is ok,
but I don't understand why if I tilt the machine on one side, the drawer magically appears full, and it prints fine, does anyone have any ideas?

[SOLVED] hey guy, its solved, it was a bad solder on the paper sensor board, I gave it a refresh with the soldering iron and new tin, and now everything works great.

thanks to blackcat for the collaboration.

Good catch! You don't see a lot of bad solder joints these days. Not like the old days when I could fix a lot of the power supplies just by re-soldering the connector pins. (I can see these images.)

I'm betting that when you tipped then machine it twisted the circuit board slightly, making better electrical contact. Congratulations!
