    Lexmark C746 Error 31.41 Missing Magenta or Defective Cartridge

    HELP PLEASE! and Happy New Year!

    Printer consistently powers up to this 31.41 error.

    Tried:
    New Toner
    Checked continuity between toner chip contacts and high voltage springs = ok
    Tried test for toner sensors but error keeps interupting

    When Googling this error I found a Lexmark page that said there was a new tech bulitan
    on this error but i needed to have a user name and pw to access.

    Oh So Close.

    Any help would be much appreciated and guarantee you good luck for all of 2016! (maybe)
