My customer wants to use this machine to run 110 lb cardstock , I looked for specs and could not get clarity as to whether or not it would likely handle this weight of paper . Contacted LEXMARK , got transferred to the Philippines , still got no clear answer . I had one fellow claim they would handle up to 192 lb paper . Does anyone know this unit ? And/or where to get the specs for what weight of paper it can handle ? My customer desires to use this for presentations . Thanks in advance , Ark .

Media choices: The CS820 supports a broad media weight range, from 300 70 gsm. You can also use vinyl, labels, cardstock, envelopes and banners, with no media thickness worries. -

It shouldn't be a problem as long as you're setting the proper media type. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
