    [Error Code] Lexmark XM7263 service fan error

    I am working on a Lexmark XM7263 with a service fan error. The screen is blue with the service fan error I have turned the device off for 10 second and restarted and unplugged it and powered it back on still with the same error. I have changed out the control board and still getting the same error. I am looking for documentation on how to reset the device and I am not finding any. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

      Have you given any thought to investigating a non-functional fan? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I have checked to into the fan not working there is no voltage coming off the control board. I have replaced the control board and fan and I still get this error 17:00 kworker /1:1:272. I have turned it off and waited for 10 seconds then I got error 17:00 kworker /0:1:287 then I tried to reset the machine by holding the 2 and 6 button it still goes right into the blue screen with error 17:00 kworker 1:1:272. I have unplugged the fan from the control board to check for voltage I got no voltage coming from the pins.

              It was on a different model Lexmark, but I ended up replacing the fan and the operation panel PWB. =^..^=

                  A quick update with my Lexmark 7263, the service fan was not working due to the low voltage board. I was not getting any power to the main board so I replaced the low voltage and it is now working client is very happy. Thanks to all that helped.
