[Misc] Lexmark C950de does not supports SRA3 size via printer driver.

Hi guys,
Recently we sold a Lexmark C950de color printer A3+ to a customer.
In mpt(by-pass) tray shows the 12,6in X18in or 320mmX450mm or SRA3 SIZE.
From the beggining the print driver does not supports this size.Why???
Can anybody help me?

Interesting. Your right. The earlier brochures & advertising show 12.6 x 48" capability.
But the new brochures show 11.6 x 48" capability.
I actually called Lexmark on your behalf and they said that it only supports up to 11.6 x 48".
I emailed tech support their own documentation but to no avail.
I noticed the paper deck options advertise the SRA3 size paper also.
SO they say it can run Banner size thru the bypass but only 11.6 width.
I hope this isn't a deal breaker with your customer.
If I hear any more I will post it.

After my post i had an answer from Lexmark company about 12,6in X48in size from mpt tray.
They knew about it from the beginning, they said that engine supports the size,
and we will fix that in the future by firmware version or new print driver.
We are stand by!!!!!!
